    Please help - Xbox wont connect to wifi after i took it to a mates house


    Please help - i took my xbox one to a friends house and he connected it to the inetrnet via a wired connection. Now since I've come home I can't connect to our home wifi - it says it is connected but won't let me play games etc. My parents have reset the
    router etc and tried a whole bunch of stuff but no luck. Any suggestions or has anyone else had this happen and what did you do to fix it.Thanks

    I did this earlier. It might be helpful to restart the xbox, connect directly to the modem, or 'forget' the network

    If this doesn't work, and directly connecting your xbox to your router/modem is a possibility, this should also solve the problem!
