    Please help Xbox live not working.


    I'm hoping you can help as I'm useless with technology. My 12 year old got Xbox one for Christmas and has been playing Forza horizon 3.

    He asked for Xbox live so he can join his friends party. We tried the free trial but it didn't work, so we assumed the free trial had limitations and purchased 6 months of Xbox live gold. He still can't join the party.

    Any advice gratefully received.

    OK just double checking its this error code correct? 0x80182300 Cause that normally means there might be a outstanding balance or the bank didn't allow transfer of payment.
