please help xbox advised me to make contact through here

Hi i have been seeing a lot of posts on the internet about people not getting the xbox live rewards. I have only received rewards once I have contacted customer support but they gave me a link to this page and said a tech guy will help me.

Please help much appreciated

I did contact xbox support chat and they advised me they couldn't help me that it was a problem with permission settings on my account. They advised the only way to get it fixed was through posting on here. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Missing Reward Points

Hello

I have still not received my reward points for buying the Xbox One X through the Microsoft store. I've been in touch with an agent through the 'support' area of the webpage, they advised me to post on here. Can some one please help?

 

I also have pending credits which it's asking me to check my account as it needs updating but it all looks good too me and cannot find any problems

 

I have spent the past hour going through every section of my account and cannot find any problems. All my details are correct.

When you click on the link it does not show or highlight which part needs updating like I said above I have gone through every section and all my details are correct.

Hi markyd1211. Unfortunately, there is an issue with your Microsoft account that is preventing us from making deposits via our scheduled deposits. The Payment Operations team is working on this. We were able to make a deposit yesterday though. This is not
reflected in your Rewards account yet, but you can see it on your Commerce page at Sign in to your Microsoft account.
