Please help with the new update!

I have recently been having the same problems. I've tried all suggested fixes except for reinstalling the update.

As I'm on Virgin Media with the SuperHub I tried Sir Phallics suggestion and thankfully for me it has resolved the problem.

Thank you very much for posting Sir, its been driving me mad since it stopped working!

I've been having the same problems (LoveFilm crashing and resetting my router ect), and thought it may be something to do with my ISP (Virgin Media).

After searching the internet, I've come across a solution - that's worked! It's to do with keyword/site blocking.

Make sure this is disabled in the Superhubs web interface > Advanced Settings > Block Sites. Even if there are no keywords/sites listed they still have to be disabled, otherwise the Superhub doesn't know what to do and therefore crashes.

Sorry, I failed to elaborate there. :-x When I say 'try your console on a different network' I simply mean trying it at a friend or relative's house, just to see if your home internet connection is causing the issue. Would this be feasible?

I was not prompted to redownload the app and unfortunatly I don't have a friend that had the same HDD as me, but what I do have is a USB memory unit? I'll try transfering the app onto that.
