Please help with my Xbox

In regards to this matter, the Xbox 360 console is no longer serviced at the Xbox service center.

Microsoft announced back in April 2016 that they would not longer be manufacturing the product, and the announcement that they would also stop servicing them came shortly afterwards.

In order to get an Xbox console serviced, you would have to ship it up to the service center, that is the only way that they will receive and service the machine, so if you had the opportunity to take your console into a location to service it, it was more
than likely not an authentic Microsoft service center.

I hope this was able to clear up any confusion this might have caused.

The only place to get an Xbox 360 repaired was from the Microsoft repair centres, but, as the Xbox 360 is no longer supported or manufactured, you might not be able to get it repaired. You can try however by booking it in for repair on here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices
make sure the device is registered, then if the option is available, start a service order.

Since they don't offer servicing for the Xbox 360 anymore you could try a local electronics hobby store... or say like a GameStop/EB Games or whatever the equivalent near you would be.

If that doesn't work you'd need to either buy a new Xbox 360 online, they're probably pretty cheap, or get an Xbox One if you haven't yet.

The cost of repair versus buying one second is probably cheaper.

It's taken without the space. If you try to change to a gamertag and the system says it is taken, it is taken.
