Can't play downloadable content

Game Battlefield: Bad Company 2

I Downloaded Vietnam patch but i can't play it.

Also i bought VIP Code from in game store at 03.07.2011 with Microsoft points

But still i don't have VIP access.

Please help me.

My Xbox Live Rewards credits never got deposited into my Microsoft Account

Hi,

I was referred here by Microsoft support to inquire about my missing Xbox Live Rewards deposit. I had 5250 Xbox Rewards points and 200 VIP points that were supposed to have been deposited to my Microsoft Account last month in the form of my current currency.
As of today, there has been no deposit. I would appreciate any help.

Since gems only started on October 1, it would not be possible to have completed that offer yet.

You need to call support and have them do an unauthorized access investigation.

Yeah, this is a new account hacking problem with the game Fifa 12, if you go to your purchase history, you will see that Fifa 12 add-on packs were downloaded, This is happening by playing any EA game. Ring Xbox Support immediately.

For help with the rewards program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too soon to see credits pending
for November purchases.
