Normally a payment option would not show available after an automatic renewal for a subscription has not gone through.

So the first thing you want to do is check the status of your subscriptions by going to account.microsoft.com/services if there is a past due showing there you would need to pay that off first then the payment option will be open back up for you.

if your card is linked to your account you try to make the purchase from pc or xbox
