PLEASE HELP! Trouble with Xbox Game Pass

I've been trying to install NFS heat for SO LONG. The first time I installed it about 5 months ago, it worked fine. But I got bored and I was lacking storage in my PC so I uninstalled it. a few days ago, I wanted to play it again. So I reinstalled the game but whenever I opened it, it would give me a black screen. No sound either, I followed what felt like 30 tutorials on how to fix it, none worked. So I decided to uninstall it and reinstall it. But for god knows what reason, whenever I click install, it pauses my installation. Over and over again. I've followed many tutorials for this too. None work. How on earth can a multi-million dollar business produce such unusable garbage, this should be a product. Not a glitch. how would you like it if your blender or tv didn't work because "We need to patch it" or some BS like that. Come on guys, Forza, NFS, Xbox, and now Game pass. I thought Xbox was the best console?! (I'm on PC btw)

But my trouble isn't with the game itself, its the downloading process on Xbox Gamepass

It never has before, no. I've somehow cancelled the download (It didn't let me before). I've started reinstalling it again. It seems to be working, I'll update you in a bit
