Please help there's a problem with my Minecraft microsoft account I think

Update, someone somehow removed my minecraft account from my microsoft account ??? I dont have minecraft anymore ??? Microsoft or whoever please help

"Don't know if this will help but I also had this problem and spent like two hours trying to fix it. Anyway, the thing that fixed my issue was simply travelling to the Microsoft Store and clicking the "get" button next to the play "button." I think the problem I was having was that I had gotten Minecraft before merging my Java and Microsoft accounts. Because of this Microsoft never registered that I had bought Minecraft. The simple click made me feel stupid, but I can play Minecraft now."

When contacting Minecraft support I got what I think is an automated reply saying

"Thank you for contacting us for help with your Java Edition account.

As of September 19, 2023, Minecraft Support is no longer able to assist with Mojang/Minecraft log in or other account related issues as account migration has ended.

If you have migrated your Mojang/Minecraft account to a Microsoft account and need assistance, please contact Microsoft Support."

My account is migrated, isn't Microsoft support here where I am right now?

thank you for your answer. I disagree. The problem is with a Microsoft account within minecraft. The issue is definitely with Microsoft.

In Minecraft on switch there is a button to logout from Minecraft. When you login again, the authentication of the first Microsoft account which was logged into is prompted. There is no possibility to change the Microsoft account.

There is an additional button "Delete Microsoft account login data". If this is pressed you are asked, if you are sure. If you press yes, nothing happens. Nothing has changed with login either.

Can you help us, please?

Issue is, I connected the Switch Minecraft version with my adult Microsoft account. Now my son is old enough and I want, that he logs into the switch with his own account. But I cannot change the Microsoft login account of switch minecraft. :-(

I can log in into my Minecraft account- and all it does is recreate the problem, the steps do not help.

My Minecraft java edition is not linked anymore. it was linked when i migrated it for years, and the system decided to remove the link . I can not log in with my Mojang account because you(Minecraft) have deactivated it since i migrated to Microsoft.

Please make Minecraft Java edition available for my account. I already purchased it

I am not trying to play the xbox version because i didn't buy the Xbox version.

Fix the problem you guys made. I paid for the game already.
