"The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer available" is the error message I have been seeing repeatedly whenever I start the game. I have tried deleting and reinstalling it multiple times which didn't work. I originally had the game with xbox game pass but yesterday I bought the game permanently and still saw the same problem, I then once again reinstalled forza horizon 4 and tried clearing all data from my PC but this still didn't fix it. If you can help me it would be much appreciated.

Followed all the steps.but still the issue remain. The Forza profile you are trying to load is no longer available. Error code E:1047-0

Please help. how do I reactivate the profile in Forza?

I can log into the microsoft email account associated with the game, I can log into the xbox app, I can log into Forza website but the game says my profile doesn’t exist?

My version number for the game is 1.0.58.2

If I go to https://forzamotorsport.net/en-us/ I can log in with my gamer tag and password

Because of this error message I am unable to start a new game or carry on from where I was before the format.
