Please Help! Temporary Delay in Deposits not so temporary.

I get these messages on the My Rewards page:

Your account needs updating to make a deposit!

Account Status:
Temporary Delay in Deposits
Unfortunately, due to an issue outside of our system, your deposits are not currently going through. Another team is actively working on a fix, but we don’t yet have a resolution date. We’re so sorry for the inconvenience. In the meantime, please reach out
to us on the support forum if we can answer any additional questions or help in any way.

This has been going on for months and I have not been able to get help. I have a lot of credits. I am not getting credit for the purchases I have made in regards to my VIP status as a result. Please fix this. I have gone in and changed everything I can to
include deleting out of date addresses and payment methods. Please Help!

Until they have a fix for that issue, that is the only answer they can give.

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked
on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. To be clear, since this is an issue with how data is being sent from an internal source, adjusting your user information will likely not resolve
this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

I did but I got the same answer that I have been getting. Another team is working on it. lol. It looks like I may never be able to use the points I have earned because I don't really think anyone is actually working on it. I have seen this same post so many
times on here over the last several months with no fix yet. It's pretty bad that they can't figure out how to help their loyal customers.

Unfortunately, we have not yet received a resolution for your deposit error, which we described on your last post at (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/38f75619-a68f-460c-954c-9ddda893fb60).
At the current time, our other team is working on correcting this error for users, but has not provided us with an estimate on when this error will be resolved for all users affected. Apologies for the inconvenience.
