Please help. Soulcalibur 4 download stops at 80%

Location: Philippines

I've purchased soulcalibur IV, downloads up to 80% thens stops and says "can't download". A window appears with "Play Now" and "Continue", but when I click on "Play Now" it doesn't show on My Games. But it shows up in Storage as (!) Soulcalibur IV.

Attempts:

1. I've deleted and redownloaded it.

2. Deleted, restarted my console, redownload.

3. Deleted, cleared system cache, redownload.

4. Reformated my external HD (HP), redownload.

Still stops at 80%.

No problem downloading DEMOS

Star Wars Battlefront (2004), download stops at 80% on Xbox 360. Is the file corrupted? I even changed my harddrive. Help please.

i tryed everything locale netherlands

moved accounts i do'nt understand

Since the Philippines is not a supported region, you will have issues downloading some games due to region locks. There's no way around region locking.

Noooooo. My life's over. But they didn't tell/warn me that the game was locked in my region. Oh well, will just download it in the US. Thanks!

Same problem here. Bought the GOW 4 in the UK, no problem with downloading 2 and judgement, but the download code doesn't work on 3, tried twice but stopped at 80%. Can anyone at official Xbox Support help? Thx.

tropico 4 is the only one i have problems with

my box is placed in denmark an my account is USA

I'm sorry to hear about the issues downloading Tropico 4. Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

To start things off, here's a few questions to help us better understand the situation:

What region are you currently located in?
What region is your account currently set to?
Does it give you any errors or error codes of any kind when you're trying to download Tropico 4 (you say it says can't download?)
Are you able to download other games/demos/videos from the Xbox Live Marketplace without issues?
