Please help!!!!!!!! "Something went wrong"

*Please help*

When I turn on my SERIES X (brand new) the screen shows "something went wrong" with a "system error E100"

I have tried everything on the MICROSOFT troubleshoot instructions, but unfortunately I got absolutely no help.

DO I NEED TO ACTUALLY SEND IN MY CONSOLE FOR A REPAIR?!????

Did you try a full reset (Removing everything) from the troubleshooting menu?

I am so sorry to hear about this happening to you with the new Xbox, I do believe there was a lot of bad ones made unfortunately and it seems like you may have got one of them :-(

Hi Jamie,

Unfortunately, I ve tried everything and for some reason it doesnt even allow me to select either factory resets nor the option to use offline update. "Doesnt allow" means that nothing happens when I press "A". I only get 2 options for selection "turn off"
or "restart"

I was able to speak to a very friendly agent from MS and we decided for me to send in for repair! Which I believe will be a quick process~

Same problems and error code, do this.

Go to All Settings>System>Console Info & Updates>Reset Console> Reset and Keep My Games and Apps

It worked for me.
