Please help somethin has altered my achievement score from 77000 gamerscore down to 59611 ...

I could really use some help my account has been altered by something and has taken my gamerscore from 77,000 down to 59611. I spoke with Xbox customer service and they said I had to post a forum and wait for an Xbox ambassador to help me.

can anyone help me i should have 31 achievements on battlefield 4 but it says i have 5 im missing 635 gamerscore from my total score the achievements are unlocked but the score has not synced/added to my profile how can i fix this help please.

Check http://enforcement.xbox.com to make sure you haven't been given a gamerscore reset. If not, then it's just a glitch that will fix itself.

I had a Gamer score close to about 5k on 12/25/2014 then I logged on my Xbox on 12/26/2014 at about 11:05 PM CST and noticed that my score it has changed tremendously. The score is now 2995. I did profile protection and deleted the profile ONLY and cleared
the cache and still shows the incorrect Gamerscore. Please HELP! I am concerned that my account has been compromised, or altered.

My gamerscore has not updated for a month, I've tried hard resets, deleting my account from my xbox one.. Achievements are unlocking and showing on my dash and on True achievements and on the xbox App but no score increase.. Xbox support are a waste of
time.. I'm about 3000 gp down
