Please Help Season Pass for Resident Evil 7 Biohazard

Hello, I brought Resident Evil 7 Biohazard for Xbox one along with the season pass. I had redeemed the code but is not showing up on my account at all. is there anything I can do about this? thank you.

Resident Evil 7 Season Pass DLC codes not working properly

When buying the Season Pass DLC for Resident Evil 7 from a retailer instead of directly from the Xbox Store the Season Pass doesn't work as intended.

I bought mine from Amazon and redeemed it successfully however nothing was downloaded on my Xbox, the ready-to-install list of RE7 is empty and when I view the Xbox Store page for the Season Pass it still asks me to pay:

Some users said that all the codes sold at retail erroneously unlock the Season Pass for the Windows 10 version of the game instead of the Xbox One version. I can't verify this since I don't own a Windows 10 PC but I can confirm that the code didn't unlock
the Xbox One version of the Season Pass.
