(PLEASE HELP) Reinstallation Problems

So there are a couple of games that I have on disc that I have downloaded and deleted and want to reinstall again. However for every disc I try to reinstall It just keeps saying "installation stopped". I have tried cleaning the disc and clearing up more
space but nothing is working and I want to get the new DLC for Black Ops 3. PLZ HELP

puzzles didnt work

Please do something about the problems with the puzzles nothing helps deinstallation en reinstallation doesnt work also zo fix this problem I am not the only one who has this problem so do something

Hi there,

as far as I recall Fallout 4 hasn't been free to purchase, other then offering a Free to Play weekend, which means that it was free to play during that specific weekend

So my assumption is that you downloaded the game during such weekend, that it was free to play, but that weekend ended, which means that if you want to continue playing it then you will have to purchase it.

I reinstalled windows with the summer update (1903) and it didn't help solve the problem. Microsoft, please fix it
