Please help red lines and sound artifacting, also cyan is the imposter

Gotham City Imposters is what I'd love to see for BC. Also Red Dead Redemption.

I had looked around and found out the their is also a problem with green artifact pixels. However, what I found is when it's green that it's a cable problem but when it's red then it's a failing GPU. So hopefully changing the cables will help

I have a sound Blaster Model number SB0270, It has optical in and out, Also microphone and earphone sockets, Also Line in and out red and white audio jacks, Tried everything i can think of via this device, Still get no sound

the power comes on but no picture ive tried two hdmi cords any one know what the problem is
