Hello and i need help with my activision code for Advanced Warfare. I have a code and have tryed several times to redeem it, but it has not worked all those times. It says it has been redeemed automatically, but we have clearly not, if you need
anymore information i will be happy to provide it.

What exactly is the code for? The full game, season pass? Please provide as much info as possible.

hello, first, the cards do not expire. second, there could be a problem with your billing account. go to commerce.microsoft.com to update billing info and check that everything is filled and up to date.
