I get error code [Xbos-0x80150017 b72f4e4c-2231-4627-b038-eb9c6661c2a7] when I try to redeem my Fallout 3 code. Help please.

Hi i bought fallout 4 with fallout 3 included for free so i typed the code in to redeem it, but there was an error witha a error code so i copied it and pasted into the error code find box and it didnt worj please help.

 

Sorry to hear it. Which country do you live in and which country is your gamertag set for? The error you posted suggests the game is not available where you are.

Ok, I just checked and the game is available for purchase and download in Russia. Are you trying to add it via the Xbox One or an Xbox 360 console? If it's by the Xbox One could you try redeeming the code on the website and see if that works?

That is odd. The error code does suggest a region issue. Are you able to double check to make sure that your account and physical location match?
