Please help not acquiring keys

Try getting support on the Activision forums.

Did you purchase it from the MS store or steam, or did you acquire a key elsewhere?

Sadly you need to refer to them to solve this issue or dispute the charge

The strange thing is they give you a 10 digit characters Xbox key, and there is no such keys

Microsoft support is not able to assist you with this due to the key wasn't acquired on the Microsoft store

Microsoft state of many times that Activision mobile business is a key factor and their desire to acquire the company

Again it applies to mobile

Please don't post codes on the forums whether they've been used or not. These are public forums so anyone can take them. It's also not a good idea to post your email on a public forum as well.

As stated on prepaid cards when you purchase them, Microsoft are not responsible for lost or stolen codes. If you gave these to another user on Live in exchange for something else, then there is nothing you can do as that is a violation of the code of conduct.

If you sold these to someone else through a place like ebay, you would have to contact support for them to file any claims.
