    Hello - I have posted on here a number of times and spoken to numerous of your colleagues about a problem I have in receiving my Xbox Rewards. Once upon a time I received my rewards every month, however about 2 years ago they stopped - no one knew why.
    I have had my account set-up checked and I was promised 18 months ago that a fix was coming to help me (and I'm assuming everyone else who has this problem).

    I now have over 220K reward points to redeem, it's not fair that I should be unable to redeem my rewards while MS fix this issue... By the way, I don't have any confidence that someone is actually bothering to look at this - 2 years - come on!

    For info, here are the messages that I see on MyRewards home screen:

    Please, can you provide an update on this and what you have done/tried in the last couple of years to help me (an others with this problem). If you are not able to provide a resolution, can you at least provide me with the information required so that I
    can escalate this issue (now a complaint) within Microsoft.

  2. There is a problem with your account, cannot deposit rewards

    please help. I have been through countless support technicians online and on the phone. Xbox rewards has claimed there is a issue with my account for 2 years and won't deposit my rewards.

    Can someone please help me so I can deposit the 60,000 points that have been failing to deposit every month for 2 years?

    I last received reward points over 2 years ago, yet my reward account has been and is still active, that's 2 years of auto renewal (250 points per month) plus points for game purchases I haven't received. Please help.

    Hello WeeJim,

    What is occurring on your account is a deposit error caused by an issue with our billable account database. Everything about your account works fine - Rewarding, etc - up until we reach one of our bi-monthly deposit cycles. When our deposit process kicks
    off, our automated process asks the billable account database which billable account you have indicated as your "primary" account. This designation tells us which one of your billable accounts is the one you would like the deposit to go into.

    Your deposit failure is occurring because this database error makes it so that when we query the database, our process does not receive a indication on which account is your "primary" account. When our process detects this, it aborts, rather than deposit
    into an unwanted account.

    Since the billable account database contains sensitive, private information, we do not have access to this database, and must rely on another team to provide their resolution to this issue. Unfortunately, at the current time, they have not yet provided us
    with a estimate on when they expect their resolution to be deployed. When they release their fix for this issue, you should expect your deposit to go through as normal. Apologies for the inconvenience caused by this delayed resolution.

    Rewards points not depositing - transfer to another account??

    So basically there is no rewards program, as the "internal" issue has been going on for almost a year now.
    It's been going on for way over a year. My points have been waiting nearly 2 years now.. It's an absolute joke.
