Please help, networking issue

Thanks for your response. You can still factory reset the console and have the ability to download your save data from the cloud, so long that you Xbox has been connected to the internet. I'd recommend a

Soft Factory Reset, this will keep your games and applications installed while resetting the console's operating system. Before you attempt the reset, please note that all accounts will be removed from the console along with save games but, like I mentioned,
saves can be redownloaded from the cloud after signing into your account and launching the desired game. Additionally, the Xbox One can run into issues when using alternative methods of connection; Wi-Fi extenders, powerline adapters, hotspots, etc. do commonly
produce issues when attempting to connect online with an Xbox where as a normal PC or end device can function normally. This is because of the Xbox's complex network needs to maintain stability for online gaming and updates.

It sounds like the adapter is the issue if it's working plugged into the router. I always run mine off ethernet, it seems a little faster.

Are you referring to the BT adapter?

It was only plugged into the BT Tv box beforehand and was working fine. I did also connect the BT Tv to the Sky router/switch and it was working no connection errors came up.

But what i really want to fix is to get rid of the Sky diagnostics page from showing up. If i didnt have my game data on the xbox i would reset the whole console.
