please help my rank was deleted in gears of war 2

Hi, i had my rank deleted when playing gears of war 2 offline coop horde mode. i have done some research and this has happened to many people and is a bug in the game.

Please help me reset my rank as i was approaching 100. This will be apparent when you look at my achievements and stats.

I tried to call epic support but they refused to help and said i must have hacked the game or cheated to have my rank deleted. I have never done that and don't know how to. I am not happy with this and the problem is well documented and easily fixed apparently.

Xbox live update

An Update came through on my new gears of war 3 console during gears of war 3 game play and when I returned to my game it had reset my rank and lost all ribbons and downloads. Has anyone else had these issues with their Xbox update? Its also reset my rank
for GOW 2 as well. Someone please help me resolve my issue thank you.

 

Gears of War 2 online rank deleted

this has happened to me and alot of other people, if you shut your xbox off by pressing the button on the consol in a game or while in a lobby, or lose internet connection, or annnyyyythhhinnggg along those lines, you will get reset. i just got this game
5 days ago(i know, i know, im a little late), and i was level 38, and i was leaving my house and shut my xbox off, went back online like 4 hours later, played a game, looked at my level, and it said 1. i was pissed lol but i dont care enough to complain
