PLEASE HELP!!!! My brother keeps getting threats via xbox

Long story short this kid keeps attacking our internet hes done it multiple times in the past and just did it again today. No ones helping us, i call our ISP and they try and get me to do it myself but idk what im doing. Ive contacted Microsoft in the past
and it seems like nothing has happened. We've reported this kid multiple times and Idk what to do anymore. He even sent us our IP address after sending this message. Can someone please help me?

PS Whenever my brother is playing he boots this person from the party because of language and thats when the kid starts attacking us.

We did both, We also filed complaints about 3 months ago on him, it seemed like nothing got done then, Im worried that nothing will get done this time as well.

What Owenkiller said, if they made death threats call the police. Otherwise, just keep blocking each GT that does this and reporting them via the console.
