Please help!!!!! Member since 05/07/2017

please help I've been a member since May 2017 I've had made a ton a purchases I've done many searches with Bing and have done so many more things to earn points I finally checked my account for the first time since May and see that I have not accumulated
a single point. I was trying to surpise my self to see how many points i earned and low and behold there is nothing there. I have spent so much time and money towards earning rewards and have not been rewarded at all. I contact multiple departments on xbox
and was told that this is where i go to be assisted with this. Please please help!

Xbox Live Codes doesn't work

Hi,

My xbox live gold expired since the 03/07. Yesterday (05/07) i used three XBL codes (14 days in Halo 5, 2 days in MCC, 2 days in FIFA17). On my profile, it's well inscribed i'm gold member again (expiration 18/07), but i still cannot access to the gold features.

Please tell me why, thanks.

I have tried paying for subscription with different CC on different browsers, then decided to purchase a code from amazon and still no luck I keep getting

There are no offers in the Xbox Rewards Program for earning credits for using Bing. If you're referring to the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

If you are referring to the Xbox Rewards Program, are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star
level in order to receive VIP rebates.

It sounds like you may have confused us with Microsoft Rewards. We do not award Bing searches in any way. Please note that Xbox Live Rewards and Microsoft Rewards are completely separate programs. Regarding our program, you can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit
in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you have neither completed any offers and do not have a MyVIP star, you have not earned any Credits.
