Please help me

Ok the first day of this month i was on a game with my cousin and the loading took to long so i left the game so after i did that i went back to the game thata my cousin were playing and it says this item was corrupt ( i have no idea what happened there
) so it told me to unstill the game so i did than for some dumb reason it tells me as me and my cousin are about to play a different game it says not yet ready wait for the game to fully install or show the ready to start before you can lunch it it keeps doing
that with my 98 games that i own it'll even do to my 20 or so xbox 360 and old xbox games and It'll do the same thing with my apps like hulu amazon prime Netflix Disney+ and about 5 or 6 more tv show apps I've restarted my xbox did not work i unplugged it
nope than i took it to my parents they got it to work but than an hour later it did it again and even the whole time my 4TB hard drive the xbox was not reading it like it has no idea what this is i bought the 4tb just 4 months before the release for RDR 2
and its only 2 3 years old have and it still looks like new so i have no idea why it started to do this on the first day for the new year i haven't play my games for 2 days I've watched my tv shows off a different device just waiting for the xbox to fix it
and the only games that works are 7 days to die and 2015 or 16 star wars battlefront 2 and Microsoft Edge so someone please help me

( if you answer what game it was that me and my cousin were playing it was dying light 1 if it had to do something with it )
