    So i made a new account on forza horizon 3 some time ago. then i realised that everytime i bought dlc's on the new account then i was able to use them on my other old account. but the thing i need help for is that i cant use any of my dlc's from the old
    account on the new account without buying them. how do i make them work on the new account?

    If you're on the Xbox One while you're playing then make sure that the other account is signed in when you play.
