    First No matter what console your account is signed into you should be able to play your digitally bought games as long as its

    1. Your home console if your not connected to the internet

    2. Not your home console as long as your connected to the internet.

    The only people that can help you reset your home xbox counter if your account is eligible would be xbox support which can be reached by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us
