Please help me. Xbox live and Minecraft I can't add friend.

When I add friend. Xbox live is show text your privacy setting are blocking you from using this feature. but I 18 year old and this is my microsoft account no parent account. how to I do ? I want to play a game with my friend.

please check the settings at
http://account.xbox.com/settings

and check if everything regarding friends and allow user created content is allowed.

If for some reason your account can't change it then a parental account is connected to your account and only that parental account can change the settings.

If those changes don't work then also try to set the account to Adult account on the console, to see if that helps.

Keep in mind that if settings are changed then you will have to sign out and sign back in again on the console.
