    Please help me with this gamertag


    I recently just created an xbox live account and when i went to go change my gamertag after just creating my account, it came up with a status code it was 80153051 and it wouldn’t let me change my gamertag (NutrientNote59) to what i wanted it to be so I
    exited it to go back into and it told me i had to pay $9.99 to change my gamertag! So i am currently stuck with this strange and weird gamertagthat i hate! Please help me!

    Some gamertag like 'Major Nelson' is just epic and unique to me. I'd like some unique gamertag with my own name 'Vinnie'.

    The gamertag system does not only include xbox profiles, but other MSFT programs as well, such as Zune, etc. Just because the gamertag doesn' show as playing games, doesn't mean that it isn't being used. MSFT wil not remove a gamertag from somebody unles
    it violates the Code of Conduct or the owner requests a change. Sorry.
