I think my xbox 360 region is UK and i just changed my account region to US now i can't buy any game from the store i can't change it back to uk i have to wait 3 mounths please help me i can't wait that long ... ... Anyone

Hello there,

I have created an Xbox-Live account a while back because I lost the account information of my first account. However I bought the game State of Decay on this first account, I accepted that the first account was gone but I didn't realise that I can't play
it on my other accounts so now I am kind of ***. Since the storage room on my Xbox was running low I moved 90% of my games on a USB stick all but one game. You can already guess it's State of Decay which now I can't even play!

Now when I try to look it up on my other account on the Xbox marketplace it says I have to buy it again for another 19 euros! This of course is madness, I've already bought the game I'm not going to buy it again.

Whenever I try to log in on my first account I have to type in the e-mail and password it is bound to, I think I may remember the password when I see the e-mail I just can't seem to recall the e-mail adress. Is there a way to retrieve my e-mail adress of
this very account without having to log into it on my Xbox (since I can't do this)?

If your region does not match your actual location you will not be able to download anything.

You can try calling support but they will probably tell you that you need to wait the 3 months.

 

Definitely contact support. My girlfriend had a similar issue. She was tired of using her US account for downloads so she made her original UK account US, which completely broke and rendered her account useless for 3 months. It was a long wait but I supported
her through it lol. Your best bet is to tell support it was an accident because I don't know what you were trying to accomplish. My gf had a legitimate reason yet she paid the consequences for it. You may have to wait but I wish you much luck. I hope you get
your account sorted out soon!

 

Now i can buy Any game But i can't buy fifa 15 :9 It's says " this game's region does not match this console it will not be downloaded and you will not be charged

Fifa in my region working good i got fifa 14 and working great so is there anyway to fix this guys
