For your MS account, please try to access your account using your phone number or alias you have added to that account.

You can use the recovery form to recover your account if you are unable to access either your phone number or your alias.

However, if your main email address, phone number, and alias were deleted or replaced including your two-step authentication. there is the possibility that your account cannot be recovered.

Its not wise to "sell" your account you could get hacked like which probably just happened.
