There are a few possible causes for this problem, such as corrupted files, incompatible drivers, or network issues. Here are some steps you can try to fix it:



- Update your Windows 10 to the latest version. You can do this by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and clicking on Check for updates.

- Run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter. You can do this by going to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot and selecting Windows Store Apps from the list.

- Reset the Microsoft Store cache. You can do this by pressing the Windows key + R, typing wsreset.exe and hitting Enter.

- Uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app and the Xbox gaming services. You can do this by going to Settings > Apps > Apps & features, finding the Xbox app and the Xbox gaming services from the list, clicking on them and selecting Uninstall. Then, go to the Microsoft Store and search for them again and install them.

- Go to System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooter
- Click Run
- Follow the instructions and apply any recommended fixes.



2. Reset the Xbox app and Microsoft store: Sometimes, resetting the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app can help resolve issues. To reset the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app, follow these steps:

- Open the Start menu and search for "Apps & Features".

- Scroll down and find the Xbox app or Microsoft Store app.

- Click on the Xbox app or Microsoft Store app and select "Advanced options".

- Scroll down and click on "Reset".

- Restart your PC and try launching the game again.



3. Clear the Microsoft Store cache: Clearing the Microsoft Store cache can also help resolve issues. To clear the cache, follow these steps:

- Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

Please make sure that the Xbox App and Microsoft Store App have the same Microsoft account.

Kindly sign out both on Xbox App and Microsoft Store App then restart your PC before signing back in on both App.
