Please help me. The game is not running.

Por los que he probado sea of thieves, forza horizon 4 y lonely mountain downhill

For example in my account i have the game sea of thieves, i download the game and when i hit launch to start the game these screen appears and does nothing. A friend of mine borrowed me his account to try and launch forza horizon 4 and it does the same
thing but with an image of forza horizon 4, another example, with the game lonely mountain downhill, when i launch it the game starts to run, i see a screen that says "loading..." and then it closes itself, and then randomly an error appears in my screen saying
that i cant run the game for some reasons.

I have my windows with the version 1903 besause im not allowed yet to download the version 2004. I dont know if you need something else

why are you not allowed to download the latest updates, is this a work computer of some sort. besides windows 10 is on 1909 currently, you may need to update to that.
