Please help me speed up the process

Hello!

Thank you for taking time out of your day to possibly assist me.

I have just recently requested to exchange 750 VIP Gems into 150000 credits....

it was exchanged on 3/5/2018 and it said it could take up to 96 hours....

As soon as that is transferred I would like to exchange that 15000 credits into 15$ currency.

I'm trying to make all that happen as soon as possible so that I may use it toward the Sea of Thieves Pre-Order.

I know that once the VIP Gems are put into Credits ... that credits are transferred into currency every 15th and 30th of every month...

That game releases on the 20th.... so I'm crunched for time....

I noticed in the Xbox rewards FAQ, it noted that it is possible to request these reward transactions to happen sooner..

Is there anyway you would be able or willing to speed this up for me into currency so that I may use the 15$ credit

very soon to make that digital pre-order?

I am very anxious and excited!!!

If anyone knows of anyway to make a formal complaint, and to speed Microsoft's 'escalation' process up please could you let me know.

 

Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and
30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So since the credits were added on the 5th, they are scheduled to be deposited with the end of the month deposit. There is no way to have them deposited any sooner.

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first, but they would still be deposited on the scheduled deposit dates.

 

Ah man!... So you mean once I get my 15000 credits before the 15th of march and redeem them before that.... I wont get the credits before the 15th???

Darn it.... I'm gonna miss out on pre-order =(

I just need to make sure I can get it by then.... shoot...

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

We cannot deposit outside of these deposit dates. The FAQ entry means you can request a scheduled deposit before the 5000 Credit amount (at 1000 pending Credits). It does not mean you can request a deposit before the deposit date.
