Please Help me sign my children in to play Minecraft on ps4

I wanted to play Minecraft PS4 servers but when i signed into my Microsoft account i couldn't play servers because of the message that popped up "You cannot play online multiplayer because of how your Microsoft account is set up." please help me resolve
this problem because i have nothing on my account restricting this type of play.

Please send advice quickly as possible.

I have the same issue with my children’s accounts. No matter what settings I change, they cannot play with me on my realm.

This is infuriating especially since it’s only affecting minecraft. I can play other multiplayer games with them, though.

Hi I need help I've downloaded minecraft on ps4 but when clicking on to sign in with Microsoft it's not letting me sign in

PLEASE HELP!!! I was paying for a family plan for me and my two children. When they would go to their mothers house they could sign in with their family account and we could play together. She would never get them an xbox account. Sooooo, the way I understand
this, with the new xbox plan home account, my children will not be able to sign in unless I pay for two additional accounts.??? is that correct?

Hello, I just downloaded the new update for Minecraft and was prompted to sign into my microsoft account. I did so, but it says “Failed to login: We tried to sign you in to your microsoft account, but something went wrong” Please help me fix this so I can
play cross platform with my friends finally.

I am the same problem that the guy have I connect my ps4 controller to my phone to play minecraft it doesn't let me walk so what I can do for that help me please thank u..❤❤
