Please help me regain control of my account, Microsoft doesnt care

The account that I am currently writing this on is continually being hacked by the same person, and they keep logging back in to change the password. You might ask.. "Why not just change your email or phone number so the hacker can't keep 2-step verifying
the account and regaining access, thus locking you out?".. GREAT QUESTION!! Well whenever I fill out the form and regain access to the account to change the password, I can't change the email or phone number for 30 days.. by the end of the next day the hacker
logs back in, changes my password again, and has access. Every time I regain access the stupid 30 day waiting period begins again.

If anyone anywhere has a way around this horribly built security by Microsoft, I would be ever so happy to be rid of this hacker.

By the way, I called and started live chats with agents who tell me "There is absolutely no way around the 30 day waiting period." So here I am.. in an endless loop of hack-recover-hack-recover-hack.

Help?

If you manage to regain control of your account, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not go to Microsoft! We're waiting 3+ months on an investigation that should only take 4 weeks max! I swear if I had known this would take this long, i would have never went to microsoft
for help, i missed out on so much! I just want my account back!!!!!!

 

For someone to have that level of access on your account, they must know your sign in email address, password and have been able to add a security proof to the account. A security proof is a location where a verification code can be sent to verify changes
made to your account.

The 30 day wait is on the account, by design, so that if someone were to find out your email address and password and tried to make significant changes to the account, they would be forced to wait the 30 days before they could go further.

Since the person who has compromised your account as access to, or has added a security proof to your account and they are keeping you from your account at this time.

You need to contact Xbox Support. Best bet is by phone. Let them know that your account has been compromised and that you're not able to recover your account.

They should ask you a series of questions for information that they will need to gather as well as some information about your Xbox console, where your profile resides.

Next, they will need to have you create a new account at
https://signup.live.com

When you're at that site, you'll click on the words Get a New Email address and it should show "new email" @outlook.com

Then go to the website, outlook.com and sign in with your new account and confirm that you an see the inbox to complete the email setup.

You'll want to complete that account setup and NOT use that account on the Xbox at this time.

The Account Specialists will need a new account to work with that has not been on an Xbox or used at Xbox.com

After the Xbox Support Agent has gathered the info, they will send it up to the Account Specialists who will get back to you within about 3 days while they try and investigate and recover your account.

NOTE: If your sign in email address for your account was a yahoo email address, you're going to want to change the password and check the security on that account.

All yahoo email accounts were compromised some years ago and that's one reason why these situations can occur.
