Please help me refund, I accidentally bought fifa 23 xbox one edition instead of Series s...

Greetings everyone. I just bought an xbox series S console mostly because i wanted to play FIFA 23. I had never imagined that there would be an XBOX one version of fifa 23 in an XBOX series S console market and I accidentally purchased the wrong version of the game. I played the game few times ( not many hours), today I realised that it's not xbox series s version ( unable to cross play with next gen friend fifa 23). I tried contacting to xbox support for refund, My refund request got denied with no explanation just because " I have played the game ". Well im pretty sure that this rule of not refunding when the game has been played is there so that people cannot just buy and refund games when they are bored of them because that would be an infinite game try bug. After tons of tries trying to contact with an xbox supporter ( real person and not a bot ) , nothing helpful happened so im writing here. I just want to get a refund and thats all. I want to buy the xbox series S version of the game which is MORE EXPENSIVE. You will not lose money! Help me please. Thanks in advance.
