Please Help Me Redeem My Bing Points

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program/Bing Rewards is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

Please clarify if you are referring to the gamerscore, or bing/Microsoft rewards points.

gamerscore is earned by unlocking achievments in games, and can not be redeemed for anything, it is purely a representational figure

bing/Microsoft rewards points are earned by searching on bing, doing quizes, completing punch cards, etc and can be redeemed for a range of things: https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/

FYI, do NOT redeem your Bing reward points for Microsoft Points until you are ready to use them. MS points purchased with Bing points will expire, and the count down timer starts the date you redeem them. Build up your Bing rewards, and redeem them shortly
before you intend to use them.

I want my 590 points back I never allowed bing to have I never gave them to bing eather so please give me the points back

Bing Rewards. Then you can redeem points.
