Please help me purchase Xbox live gold

So all my billing information is correct and such as well as my accounts being switched into adult rather than teen but it wont let me purchase the gold membership. An status code of 80182300 pops up saying that theres a problem with the xbox service. Ive
been trying for days. Someone please help!

Hi im having issues getting xbox live gold. Im being billed some fee though for every try. I go to confirm purchase then it go back to memberships available e.g 1 month xbox live gold then il select that and it will take me back to confirm purchase. please
help

hi.... I have purchased a 3month Xbox live gold prepaid card.. I have redeemed the card and it shows that I am successfully subscribed , however when I'm playing online its opting me to purchase Xbox live gold again. Please help !!!

Purchasing

errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Besides checking your billing information at
http://billing.microsoft.com which you said you have done, also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to purchase anything.

After that try purchasing the item on both xbox console and via xbox.com

Also check that the Xbox Live account, the console and the payment option all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at

I can't buy xbox live gold because there's an error that appears when I put on "CONFIRM THE PURCHASING" it says "There's an error with your account to fix it visit
https://account.live.com or change your payment method" it error appears buying from my own console but if I buy gold from other console, it works and I don't know why I can't purchase xbox live gold from
my console please help me.

So.. it would seem that I have Xbox Live Gold but when I go to look up games, the page takes me to the purchase page for Xbox Live Gold and is telling me I have to purchase it again.

I'm confused? Is that purchase for "mulitplayer only" or is that included in Live Gold?

Am I missing something?

It does gives me an option to upgrade to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Is that better than Live Gold, and does that have the access to play live multiply?

My account doesn't renew until 7/26/20.
