first delete the game from the harddrive and re download it.

if that fails check the network status on your console

double tap xbox on the controller -- settings -- all settings -- network -- its in there make sure its not strict or moderate.

if thats open and okay restart your router itself.

also before you do re download the game do a power cycle on the console.

press and hold on button on the console itself until its switched right off -- remove the power cable -- press on button a few times again -- insert power cable -- switch on -- download game once signed back in again.

if they dont work post back here buddy we will see what can be done

I bought 20 dollars worth of vbucks and they are not showing up l contacted epic they said I bought the vbucks through the Microsoft account l have to contact Xbox for a refund l bought the item 3 times again and l ran out of refunds now l can’t get a refund at all please help me

L I was Cyber bullied on the Xbox and my account got hacked by the people that bullied me please help me get my account back

IMO, if the DLC you still can use have been tempered with in any way whatsoever then i suggest not using them anymore and rebuy those with the new account (provided these wont get tempered with). If they weren't used illegally then i guess that its ok to
still use them. Gotta say though that i dont have the ultimate answer about this as i'm not entirely sure how MSFT sees this nor how they would react to such thing.

Any DLC purchased is tied to two things: 1) The account it is purchased with, 2) the Xbox 360 console it is purchased on. If it is being used by another account on the console it was purchased with you should be able to use it with no issues. If you're
using it on another console then the account used for purchase must be logged in to Xbox LIVE for others to use it.

However I'm not sure if once an account is banned if that invalidates anything with the content licenses.
