Please follow the process below to contact support.

2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
   
3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
   
4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
   
5. Select the "Contact Us" button
   
6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
   
7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
   
8. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.

Can you give me a ditect link to the live agent chat (not the virtual)?. Im getting incredibly angry just trying to get a real person, it only gives me a virtual agent, or tells me to post on the forums. Im pretty close to just giving up and selling my
xbox after having so many issues lately

Ive looked at the links youve sent me, I'd preferably do a live chat, but the thing is the link you sent me is not helpful at all to get a live chat started as I have tried many ways myself and in the 2nd link you sent me it just says 5. Follow the prompts to connect to a live chat agent. Although there are no prompts to talk to a live agent

And for the phone call I have tried it throughout the day and keep getting the we cant call you right now try again later

Can you please help me point where is the live chat agent?

I am only able to locate the option of chatting with experts who are fellow gamers.

Is there any link to the live chat that you can share?

Unable to start a chat, only gives me access to virtual agent and if i request call back it always says try again later or currently unavailable.
Happens on Work PC, Phone and at Home.

I know nobody on the forum could help, but maybe someone from microsoft will see the post and notice the call back system isn't working in Aus or at least for me.
