Missing Credits

Hello there,

I noticed that the latest digital purchases I made from Xbox Store did not register with my Rewards Account and of course I didn't got the 6% cash back I supposed to get for these.

Here is the list of items they never register:

November 24, 2016 - $3.74 / $4.07 (After Tax)

December 3, 2016 - $84.99 / $92.51 (After Tax)

December 23, 2016 - $10.00 / $10.89 (After Tax)

December 23, 2016 - $10.00 / $10.89 (After Tax)

December 23, 2016 - $3.80 / $4.13 (After Tax)

Can you please investigate and post the missing credits to my account?

In order for support to check into your account, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

If you only have 1750 credits pending, they would not deposit automatically. You would need to request a deposit and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time.

what's included with copies of FIFA 17, you should receive your items once you enter FUT. While you check there, could you also let us know what exactly you're supposed to receive with the code you redeemed? We want to be sure we're looking in the right
