If it shows the membership has ended then double check the card for the membership to see the membership length of it. You can also check that here

Where did you get the code from? Some sites such as CDKeys have an online reputation for providing incorrect keys

Thank you very much for your understanding and concern for my issue. I went ahead and spent $ 9.99 on a subscription for gold and now everything works fine. Im not sure if the 3 month code has been activated or not. You're reply was still very kind and

Try clearing the console cache, log in again, maybe it helps, have you tried other games?
