PLEASE HELP ME I CANT PLAY CERTAIN GAMES

I have downloaded games for the ready to install section on my Xbox but it wont let me play them it just says "do you own this game or app" and I am signed into the account that downloaded it and I'm connected to Xbox live whenever I try to play them please
help me.

hey guys can someone help me out please? ive system linked with my xbox one and my brothers to play together with no lag since we cant over the internet cause of bad lag. we have a normal blue ethernet cable that we used to play system link, well we played a couple of times and everything was fine but at a certain point mid game one of us always gets kicked out with a notification saying error about the connection and system link. i mean is there a ethernet cable like a certain one that wer supposed to used to play games or that doesnt matter? i mean maybe its just black ups 3 cause we havent tried any other game but if we need a certain ethernet cable please tell me. help anyone?

Make sure to wait at least 30 seconds after powering the console down and disconnect it from power and wait another 60 seconds before reconnecting and powering it on again.

If that didn't fix the issue, then I would suggest performing a Factory Reset (with keeping games and apps installed) as mentioned on this link: Reset Xbox One Console to Factory Defaults
