    I have been advise by yet another failed support web chat (2 agents and over 2 hours of my life i wont get back) to contact you on here for help. I have nit been abl to invite anyone to multiplayer games from my consloe for over 2 months. It affects all games, all friends and all profiles on the console. The person on web chat last night believes it is due to an insider update. I have gone into the hub at their instruction and removed/deleted my insider account. It still will not let me invite people, the optin is greyed out. He told me that despite me removing/deleting the account it was still showing me as part of the insider programme and advised me to put this post on. Please help if you can or advise on what i can do. This has been going on for a long while now and i just want a resolution. Tim

    Hi me and my dad want to play multiplayer together but can't seem to figure it out i have Xbox one s with ultimate membership and my dad has a 360 with gold membership we are friends but we can't see each other in multiplayer we have sent invites to each other but we dont get them we have been trying to play Need for Speed Rivals and Hot Pursuit we have tried several setting changes online trouble shooting for 2 days any suggestions or similar experience please help we are losing hope and beginning to think it's not possible 😥
