    please help me, I cannot reedem Fallout 3 code


    I live in Peú, and the support here is down; I bough a fallout 4 copy that came with fallout 3 code and I can't reedem it it says that something went wrong and this error code appears:

    Xbos-0x80153016

    I tried to contact with xbox support but Simply I can't I guess some region block detecting my IP, when they ask for my name and last name the spaces are in grey and I can't fill them so I can't proceede with the chat support ( this is in the case I put
    US region because If I put Peru's Region Simply says that the service is down.)

    I succeded to contact with an ambassador and he tell me to try contacting within my xbox one with internet edge but not luck either.

    So that's really unfortuned It's not fair at all, I paid the game and this code would work aswell with me that I'm a costumer, please help

    Hi, I pre ordered Fallout 4 on November 21, 2015. I received fallout 4 and also received fallout 3 game code with my purchase on my inbox messages... The thing is that xbox erased my messages... so I lost my reedem code and cant play!.... I've spoken to
    xbox support and they told me to post here for you guys to resend me my fallout 3 code..
