I'm activate redeem prepaid codes today. My subscription end to 01.02.2016.

After I'm activate code expected when my subcription end wil be 01.02.2017.

You can check if Live Gold is active at https://account.microsoft.com/services/ . If subscription is active and still asking to rejoin it, Please

contact Support for more help.

First, make sure to sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services, from there let me know if you can see the subscription as "active"?

Also, please let me know what subscription you have because the Xbox Live Gold subscription is for the Xbox console only and not for PC.
