    I am reaching out for urgent assistance regarding a serious issue I’ve encountered. While I still have access to my Microsoft account, I have unexpectedly lost access to my Xbox One profile, which in turn has caused me to lose access to both my Minecraft Java and Bedrock editions.

    This situation is incredibly frustrating and concerning. I suspect that my account may have been compromised by unauthorized access. The username of my previous Xbox account is DoddeyCafe4741.

    It is deeply disheartening to think that someone may have deliberately taken over my account for personal or financial gain.

    Given the circumstances, I kindly request your assistance in verifying my identity and helping me reset the email and password associated with the account to secure it once again.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. I would appreciate a prompt response, as this issue is quite distressing.

    P.S. I would like to get compensation if the account cannot be re-linked with my existing Microsoft account. (Particularly with refund)

    Hopefully everyone clicked on to see if there's replies to this thread. I had finally got through to Xbox Support and they gave me this link: Request an Xbox refund | Xbox Support in order to get a refund on the purchase. I went through the process, explained the issue with Fallout Shelter, that Bethesda Support is no help and are sending us here. It was processed and I haven't checked to see if the money is back into my account, but I got the approved refund email.

    So, yeah. Have at it everyone. Use the link and get your money back and maybe, one day, Fallout Shelter will be working again.
