Hello!

Hope you are well. I'll be glad to assist you.

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

Please note that there are certain policies that must be met before the system will process a refund. For example, subscription refunds are limited to one per account. You can find more information here.

In case you are sure you meet the conditions and the system still does not allow you to cancel and get a refund, you can report it directly to Xbox support by going to this web site

https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Login > Select “Contact us” > Add data according to your problem > Select “See contact options” > Skip > Request Call / Chat online

Justa a friendly reminder that this is a public forum and those of us who participate in it are ordinary gamers, I am not part of Microsoft support, so I do not have access to your account or system. My only mission is to assist and guide the community a little bit.

Best regards!

Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

You can't. Games that have been played and purchased after 14 days cannot be refunded. Whenever you switch back to Xbox, the games will be on your account.

You can't get your money back unless you bought those games recently and haven't played them much. It was your choice to make the move from Xbox to PC fully knowing your games would not work (only Play Anywhere games don't need a separate purchase) so not sure why Microsoft should be held responsible for your choices?

Sorry if that sounded harsh, it wasn't meant to be. Ultimately, Microsoft didn't force you to switch from Xbox to PC so they shouldn't have to pay for it.

You do know that switching platforms comes at a cost right ?

You can't switch from xbox to ps 5 and expect all your games to transfer

That's not how platform switching works

That's always a consideration how much it's going to cost you to rebuild your library

You can try replying to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists, but refunds are not guaranteed.
